All orders received Monday-Friday will usually be fulfilled and shipped out the next business day.
Please allow an additional 1-4 weeks for custom items, due to their one-of-a-kind nature. All of our Collars, Leashes, Robes & Cooling Coats are custom made when ordered. Please let us know if you need an item made in a hurry and we will do our best to meet your needs.
We have FREE SHIPPING for USPS First Class mail on all orders (USA only). If you would like USPS Priority Shipping with Insurance, there is a fee of $7.95. USPS Priority Shipping time is usually 2-3 Days but the delivery time may vary. K-9 Trading has no control over the Post Office deliveries & will not be responsible for orders not delivered by the Postal Service unless Priority Shipping is paid.. Also, choosing Priority shipping will not change the length of time from ordering to shipping. Most all our items are custom made when ordered which may take from 1-4 weeks.
Returns
We have a Money Back Guarantee on all items that have not been worn, used or washed and are in original condition, within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions; Custom Leather Collars and other items that have been customized to a degree that it cannot be resold. An example of a non-returnable item would be our customized bandanas or an embroidered item with your pets name added.
